Everything you need to know about bulk salary certificate generation
How many employees can I add? →
No limit — add as many rows as needed manually or via Excel upload. The generator processes all employees locally in your browser with no server restrictions.
What Excel format is required? →
Download our Excel template using the "Download Template" button — columns must match: Name, Employee ID, Designation, Department, Date of Joining, Nationality, Basic, Housing, Transport, Other. Extra columns are ignored.
Are documents stored on your servers? →
No — all processing happens locally in your browser. Your employee data and generated PDFs are never sent to our servers. Everything stays on your device.
Can I add a company logo? →
Yes — upload your company logo in the Company Details section and it will appear on all salary slips. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, SVG.
Can I download individual slips separately? →
Yes — each row in the employee table has an individual Preview and Download button, or download all as a single ZIP file containing individual PDFs for each employee.
What currency is supported? →
All currencies — select from the currency dropdown in the Pay Period section. The selected currency is applied to all salary slips in the batch.
Can I edit entries after Excel upload? →
Yes — all fields in the employee table remain fully editable after uploading Excel. Click any cell to edit the value before generating PDFs.
What if my Excel has extra columns? →
Extra columns are automatically ignored — only the required columns (Name, Employee ID, Designation, Department, Basic, Housing, Transport, Other, Deductions) are read.
