Everything you need to know about bulk offer letter generation
How many candidates can I add? →
No limit — add as many rows as needed manually or via Excel upload. The generator processes all candidates locally in your browser with no server restrictions.
What Excel format is required? →
Download our Excel template using the "Download Template" button — columns must match: Name, Nationality, Designation, Department, Basic, Housing, Transport, Other, Joining Date. Extra columns are ignored.
Can joining dates differ per candidate? →
Yes — joining date is set individually for each candidate in the candidate table, separate from the global offer details like probation and notice period.
Can salary packages differ per candidate? →
Yes — basic salary, housing, transport, and other allowances are all set individually per candidate row, and the total is auto-calculated for each.
Are documents stored on your servers? →
No — all processing happens locally in your browser. Your candidate data and generated PDFs are never sent to our servers. Everything stays on your device.
Can I add a company logo? →
Yes — upload your company logo in the Company Details section and it will appear on all offer letters. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, SVG.
What's the difference between limited and unlimited contracts? →
A limited contract has a fixed end date and term, while an unlimited contract has no fixed end date and continues until terminated by either party in line with UAE labour law.
Can I edit entries after Excel upload? →
Yes — all fields in the candidate table remain fully editable after uploading Excel. Click any cell to edit the value before generating PDFs.
