Yes, completely. All document types on Doxify are free to generate, download, and use with no watermarks or hidden charges. We're supported by non-intrusive advertising.
Does Doxify store my document data? →
No. All document generation happens entirely in your browser. The personal and company details you enter never leave your device and are never sent to our servers. Your data is completely private.
How do I delete my Doxify account? →
Email us at doxify26@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and we will delete your account and all associated profile data within 7 business days.
Can I request a new document type? →
Absolutely. We love hearing what documents professionals need. Email us your suggestion and we'll consider it for a future update. Many of our current document types came from user requests.
Are the documents generated by Doxify legally valid? →
Doxify generates professional document templates. They become valid when signed and stamped by the appropriate authorized parties (e.g. an HR manager or company director). They are not legally certified by Doxify itself. Always consult a legal professional for formal legal proceedings.
