Doxify ("we", "our", or "us") is a free professional document generator available at doxify.io. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we handle.

📋 Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password via Firebase Authentication.
• Profile data — If you choose to save a profile, we store the details you enter (name, designation, company, salary, etc.) in your private Firestore account to enable auto-fill.
• Google Sign-In data — If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google as part of the OAuth flow.
• Usage analytics — We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to collect anonymized data about page visits, feature usage and traffic sources. This data does not identify you personally.
• Feedback submissions — If you submit feedback through our form, we collect your name, email and message.

🚫 What We Do NOT Collect

• The content of documents you generate — all document data stays in your browser
• Uploaded images (logos, signatures) — these are stored only in your browser session memory and never transmitted to us
• Payment or financial information — we do not process payments directly
• Sensitive personal data such as biometric data or government IDs beyond what you voluntarily enter in your profile

⚙️ How We Use Your Information

Information we collect is used solely to:

• Provide and operate the Doxify service
• Save and restore your profile for the auto-fill feature
• Authenticate your account securely via Firebase
• Respond to feedback or support inquiries you submit
• Understand how our service is used in order to improve it (analytics only)
• Maintain security and prevent abuse

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

🔧 Third-Party Services

Doxify uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and Firestore database for account and profile storage. Firebase Privacy

• Google Tag Manager — Tag management for analytics scripts.
• Google Fonts — Font delivery via Google's CDN.

Your account and profile data is stored in Google Firebase, which uses industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Access to your profile data is restricted to your authenticated account only.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is 100% secure. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your Doxify account.

✋ Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — You can view your saved profile data at any time by opening your profile panel
• Edit — You can update your profile data at any time
• Delete — You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us
• Portability — You can request a copy of your stored profile data
• Opt-out of analytics — You can use browser extensions like uBlock Origin to opt out of Google Analytics tracking

👶 Children's Privacy

Doxify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

🌍 International Users

Doxify is used globally. By using our service, you consent to your data being processed in accordance with this policy. Data stored via Firebase may be processed on servers located in the United States or other countries where Google operates data centers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of Doxify after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
